Section 9 Estimating does not have pre-set levels of service. All work is tailored to the individual needs of every client, from as little as a simple material take-off, to as much as a complete bid package with a typed quotation. Section 9 can also offer project management, and business consulting advice should they be required.
Professional Confidentiality
Section 9 operates with a high moral and ethical standard. All work and information is provided in a completely confidential manner. All labour and material pricing, along with mark ups and any other information will always remain strictly between the client and Section 9. This is reinforced through our standard Non-Disclosure Agreement, and Terms of Service. We work exclusively with construction sub trades, and never for the general contractors or developers. This step further protects any procedures and numbers as they apply to the individual client and industry.
